This beautiful edition is published by Hodder and Stoughton and has illustrations by René Bull. There are both full page illustrations and illustrations on the same page with the poetry.

You can see what looks to be this edition here on archive.org, which says it is from 1913. There is evidence for that year as in the 1913 English Catalogue of Books there is an entry for a Hodder and Stoughton René Bull edition.
