This 1989 edition is from Penguin Books, under their Penguin Poetry Library line. It has an thorough introduction from Dick Davis and three appendix sections, one of which is the fifth edition text.
The title page for the first edition text looks pretty similar to the original Bernard Quaritch title page shown in this 1902 Thomas B. Mosher Bernard Quaritch 1859 Facsimile Edition, ‘Title page (2) of the first edition, Quaritch 1859 (facsimile)’ image.
This edition is part of a greater collection from Barbara Campbell that I purchased a portion of.
The printing info is: “Printed and bound in Great Britain by Cox & Wyman Ltd, Reading, Berks Typeset in 10 1/2 /13pt Linotron 202 Aldus by Rowland Phototypesetting Ltd, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk”
It contains three appendix sections: the fifth edition text, quatrains only found in the second edition, and variants not found in the first/fifth edition. I have taken sample pictures of these sections.
The introduction contains multiple sub-sections/chapters.
